RPM International announced that its Carboline subsidiary has acquired the Dudick business, a supplier of high performance coatings, flooring systems and tank coatings.
The Dudick activity will be integrated into the Carboline subsidiary of RPM.

Dudick is headquartered in Streetsboro, Ohio, and has annual net sales of approximately US $ 10 million (⬠8.4 million). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1970, Dudick is a manufacturer of high performance coatings and secondary containment coatings, providing solutions for corrosion resistance and chemical containment systems in a wide range of applications including food processing, production steel, chemical processing, pulp and paper, electronics, food and biological research laboratories.
